From the moment we arrived, the luxurious atmosphere of this hotel was apparent. the staff was attentive, ensuring our every need was fulfilled, including exclusive amenities like the Spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. the massage we received at the Spa centre was the ultimate relaxation experience, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
While the dinner and buffet breakfast at the restaurant were exceptional, the lunch menu lacked variety and could benefit from more options.

I loved the scenery of the green fields and horses from the veranda area. Cleanliness was also excellent and the breakfast had a great variety. Staff were helpful and kind.

Spectacular pool as big as you need, with bright lights inside and easy access from villas. Great privacy and peaceful location for a relaxing stay. Huge villas close to reception, offering ample space and comfort. Incredibly kind and competent staff who go above and beyond to assist guests. Delicious meals at the fine dining restaurant "Rare" with good value for money. Stylish hotel with comfortable rooms, extensive grounds, and beautiful gardens. Cold AC, cold fridge, big TV, and spacious bathroom with a comfy bed. Amazing massage at the spa for ultimate relaxation. Very decent prices in the restaurant compared to Dubai standards.

Friendly and efficient reception staff updated our room earlier than the check-in time. The green surroundings provided a peaceful atmosphere to relax. The horses and immaculate polo fields were stunning. The private pool in the villa was refreshing and a great spot to unwind. The in-room spa services were fantastic.

During our tour, we enjoyed a taxi ride to the centre of the city which took only 30 minutes. the hotel is very close to Dubai safari, so we easily explored the area. The location of the hotel in Melia desert for two nights was a great escape from the bustling city. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the staff provided great service. We enjoyed the breakfast which consisted of many delicious options. The polo field was immaculately maintained and the surroundings were very green.
One aspect of the hotel that was dissatisfactory during our stay was the poor service.
